    2012 resolutions

    What Are Some of Your New Year Resolutions or Personal Goals?

    My goals this year are …

    1. Return to Portland State University to continue my Physical Activity & Exercise Science degree
    2. Find a new activity each month – meaning try 12 new things this year
    3. Eat more raw food, preferably in 2 meals per day
    4. Stay away from gluten and dairy (this one is difficult for me)
    5. Make amends to people I may have wronged in the past where possible
    6. Work on a spiritual connection by making time meditate and pray
    7. Continue to work out consistently and to have fun with it
    8. SAVE MONEY, however I need to earn more money in order to make this happen (I really want to travel to Costa Rica for a women’s surf and yoga camp, but at the moment I can’t afford it)
    9. Every Sunday write out a list of ten or more things I’m thankful for
    10. Figure out how to get my new twitter connected to my blog. I know its a matter of changing the user name in the HTML style sheet, but I can’t find my custom style sheet in wordpress… Or that I will be able to remember my old password so I can get into it online… lol
