Ladies Crossfit session! I wish I could join them. You can create a simular workout at home with a barbell and weights, large weighted ball, kettle bell and rowing machine… ok, all things I don’t have at the moment but there are ways to improvise with equipment while doing the same movements…
I also found an app for my phone that works great as well!
I think this hard core chick is rad and she does a good job explaining what Tabata is. For intense hypertrophy you can stick with the same move for 4 minutes like she did or I like to chose 2-4 different moves and combine them within the 4 minute sequence. I will post more tabata [...]
