    Things you should do every day

    1. Food. Pay attention to what you eat. Think about it: how does it make you feel?
    2. Stretch. Take a moment to do a stretch you never do. Which is probably all of them.
    3. Breathing. Take a deep breath. Close your eyes and try to relax your mind, even if its for 2 seconds.
    4. Laugh. Nothing is better for the soul then humor.
    5. Rest. Resting or Sleeping are very important for your body. Without it, your body can’t recover from the stress of each day.
