5 things you should do every day

- Food. Pay attention to what you eat. Think about it: how does it make you feel?
- Stretch. Take a moment to do a stretch you never do. Which is probably all of them.
- Breathing. Take a deep breath. Close your eyes and try to relax your mind, even if its for 2 seconds.
- Laugh. Nothing is better for the soul then humor.
- Rest. Resting or Sleeping are very important for your body. Without it, your body can’t recover from the stress of each day.
